A sauce collectors box prototyped for a McDonald's x Swatch pop up. Inside sit four wearable sauce holders, printed in SLA resin, painted in four colours and worn on a lanyard like a watch. The event was cancelled, but every piece made it to a finished prototype.

What 3D Printing services does Layerlab offer in Dubai?
Layerlab offers rapid prototyping, architectural scale models, functional and industrial parts, 3D design and modelling, SLA resin printing, FDM printing and SLS printing. For private customers we also print replacement and repair parts, car parts, personalised gifts and figurines.
How fast can you 3D print my part?
Express orders in Dubai can be ready in as little as 48 hours, depending on design complexity and material availability.
Which 3D file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ, STEP and STP files, and most other standard 3D formats. If you do not have a file, a photo, sketch or the original part is enough for us to start.
I don't have a 3D model. Can you still help?
Yes. We design the part for you from an idea, a sketch, photos or a broken original, then test print it to check the fit before the final print.
Should I choose SLA, FDM or SLS printing?
SLA resin printing gives the finest detail, down to 0.05 mm layers, and suits figurines, jewellery, dental work and intricate prototypes. FDM is strong and cost-effective for functional parts, larger pieces, consumer products, models and sculptures. SLS suits tough functional parts and complex shapes. Tell us what the part has to do and we will recommend the right one.
Do you work with businesses and architects?
Yes. We print prototypes, functional parts and small batches for companies, and precision architectural scale models for architects, developers, interior designers and urban planners, from single villas to full masterplans.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes. We serve clients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across all seven Emirates, and ship to GCC countries. You can also collect from our studio in Dubai.
Which materials do you 3D print with?
For functional and industrial parts we print in ASA, carbon fibre composites, nylon, PETG and other engineering-grade materials. For fine detail we use SLA resin, including clear resin. We work with 7+ materials in total and will recommend the right one for your part.
Do you make corporate gifts?
Yes. We design and print corporate gifts, bespoke chess sets, personalised figurines and keepsakes for companies, including translucent resin chess sets for a corporate client.
Do you paint and assemble the prints?
Yes. We don't just print and hand over a raw part. We assemble multi-part pieces and paint them to a high-quality finish, so you receive a finished model, figurine, gift or product rather than a bare print.
